They got the leak fixed.
We had a leak in our main water line to the house and a small river across our driveway. After leaving messages for 3-4 local plumbers, and getting no call back, I checked the internet and called Five Star. I was on the outer edge of their service area, but they were able to get here within an hour. Two guys came with a van and a truck. They came to work. They got the leak fixed. Only complaint was the cost (almost $1,000) but that's how it is these days. Thank heavens the leak was not under the concrete! Sometimes you just have to go with a bigger company and this time it was worth it.
